How will I receive my order?
Mock exam papers
The mock exam papers are digital PDF files that enable teachers to print off as many copies as needed and use in class.
After your purchase is complete, you will be directed to a page with download links for PDF files of all your purchased mock papers.
In addition, you will also receive an email confirming your order that contains download links (check your spam folder if you can’t see it).
Alternatively, if you created an account when you placed the order, you can log in with your account details to access any purchased mock papers.
Revision guide and model answers
The revision guide and model answers to example papers are physical books that are shipped via Royal Mail second class standard (UK). You should receive your book within 7 working days of purchase.
Please note that international deliveries may take slightly longer.
I haven’t received my order
If you haven’t received or can’t access your purchased essays, please first check your email spam folder for an email containing download links. If you still can’t access your purchased essays, please use the contact form below.
